SansWrite has a history of outstanding customer service; technical support is available when you need it. The following
support options are available to all SansWrite customers. If you have any questions, please contact our Sales
Department toll free at 1-800-984-9346 and select option1.
E-mail
To receive support via e-mail, please send a correspondence to
support@sanswrite.com. A support representative
will reply to your e-mail within 24 hours. Please be sure to include your name, daytime
telephone number, SansWrite version number and a detailed description of your issue. E-mail support is
offered free of charge to all SansWrite customers.
Telephone
(Introductory Support) To receive support by telephone, please call
1-800-984-9346 and select option 2. If a support representative is not available, please leave a message
and your call will be returned within 30 minutes. Telephone support is offered free of charge to SansWrite
customers for the first (30) days of purchase.
(Fee Based Support)
To receive support by telephone, please call 1-800-984-9346 and select option 2. If a support representative is not available,
please leave a message and your call will be returned within 30 minutes. Telephone support is offered
for a fee of $29.95 per incident after the first (30) days of purchase. Please have your Visa or MasterCard
credit card ready for the support representative when you call.
Hours
Support is offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST. Calls are
answered in the order they are received; however, most calls are answered within 1 to 2 minutes.
Please Note: You may obtain support for your Panasonic Toughbook 24-hours
a day 7-days a week by calling 1-800-LAPTOP5 (1-800-527-8675). To receive support
from Panasonic you will need your model and serial numbers.
